Who is Barış Haksal ?

He graduated from Istanbul University.
In 1990 he started his career in textile sector in Istanbul.
He held various positions including plant management for different companies and different sectors (textile, metal etc.)
In 1999 he joined to Bosch Group:
- Responsible for new product transfer project coordination,
- Coordinator for Purchasing Quality,
- Coordinator for Lean Logistics Projects
- In 2005 he was assigned as Manager with responsibility of Logistics and Planning to Diesel Systems Bursa, Turkey Plant.
- Between 2007-2010 he worked in the Corporate Logistics Department, Bosch, Stuttgart, Germany.
- There, he was responsible for reporting to Board of Management, coordination of corporate processes and project leader for the total production network.
- Starting with 2010, he was assigned as Logistics (sales, planning, procurement, warehouse management etc.) Director to Bosch Rexroth Bursa, Turkey Plant.
Since 2018, he works as a consultant and trainer.
His Expertise: Supply Chain Design and Management (Management and Control of All Process From Customer Order Income to Delivery) – Lean Logistics, Strategy Management and Concept Design, Project and KPI Management, Digitalization – Change Management, Lean Production and Logistics Integration, Risk Management and Process Improvements, Supply Chain Quality Management, Leadership, Human Resources Processes (Assessment, career planning, mentoring, etc.)
