Who is Yaprak Eriş ?
- She graduated from TED Ankara College in 1989 and Schiller International University in 1993 (Major: International Business; Minor: Marketing).
- In the year 1993, she started her career at Siemens Turkey.
- Between 1996-1998 she worked as “Research Assistant” at Uludag University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences and completed her Master’s Degree (International Economics and Development Economics).
- In 1998 she joined to Bosch Group:
- Coordinator for Total Quality Management and Excellence Model,
- Product Cost and Budgeting Responsible in the Controlling Department
- Between 2003-2008 specialist for Controlling of S. Korean Sister Company and KPI Controlling as well as coordinator for process and strategy management in Diesel Systems Finance and Controlling Unit, Stuttgart, Germany;
- In 2008 assigned as the responsible manager for controlling of Diesel Systems in Bosch Charleston, South Carolina, USA;
- In 2011 she started to work as senior manager responsible for Strategic Planning, Budgeting and Reporting in Diesel Systems Finance and Controlling Unit, Stuttgart, Germany.
- Starting with 2014 she was assigned as Head of Finance responsible for Finance, Foreign Trade and Risk Management to Bosch Rexroth Turkey Plant.
- Since 2018, she works as a consultant and trainer.
- Her Expertise: Reporting and Planning for Company Owners and/or Corporate Top Management, Management of Finances (international and national), Strategic Planning and Strategy Management, Risk Management, Process Management (lean administration, value stream analysis, etc.), European Quality Award Assessor, Change and Project Management, Leadership, Foreign Trade (including Authorized Economic Operator Certification), Human Resources Processes (Assessment, career planning, mentoring, etc.)
